The short version: The games are free. Play them as much as you want. Don't steal them, don't break the site, and don't blame us if you lose your lunch break to a toll booth.

1. THE DEAL

By using megafuntime.com ("MegaFunTime," "the site") you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, the exit is the back button. These terms cover the website and every game on it.

2. WHAT YOU GET

MegaFunTime gives you free, personal, non-commercial access to the games in your web browser. No account, no fee, no download. New games are added over time and old ones may be changed, tuned, or removed without notice. Nothing here is guaranteed to stay the same.

3. WHAT YOU CAN'T DO

Copy, download, rip, or rehost the games or any of their code, artwork, or sound on another site, app, or service.
Sell access to the games or wrap them in something you charge for.
Remove branding or claim the games as your own work.
Try to break the site, overload it, probe it for weaknesses, or scrape it with automated tools.
Use the site for anything illegal.

If you want to link to MegaFunTime from your own site or share a game with friends, please do. Linking is fine. Copying is not.

Best scores are saved in your own browser's storage, not on our servers. If you clear your browser data, switch devices, or your browser decides to tidy up, those scores are gone and we can't get them back. There are no leaderboards, prizes, or rankings. The only person you're competing with is you.

6. NO WARRANTIES

The site and games are provided "as is" and "as available." We try to keep everything working on modern phones and browsers, but we don't promise the site will always be up, bug-free, or compatible with your particular device. Games might have glitches. That's part of the charm, but it's also a legal point.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent the law allows, MegaFunTime and the people who run it are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site, including lost data, lost time, lost productivity, or a bruised ego. If you're somewhere that doesn't allow this kind of limitation, it applies as far as that place permits.

8. CHANGES

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new version.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
