PRIVACY POLICY

Last updated: October 25, 2026

The short version: We don't have accounts, we don't run ads, we don't sell anything, and we don't track you around the internet. The only thing we keep is your best score, and we keep it on your own phone or computer, not on our servers.

WHO WE ARE

MegaFunTime.com ("MegaFunTime," "we," "us") is a free arcade of browser games. This policy explains what information the site touches and what happens to it. It applies to megafuntime.com and every game hosted on it.

WHAT WE DO NOT COLLECT

No accounts. There is nothing to sign up for, so we never ask for your name, email, password, or date of birth.
No payment information. Everything here is free.
No advertising or ad tracking. We do not run ad networks, tracking pixels, or retargeting.
No analytics scripts at the time of this update. We don't currently measure how you use the site beyond what our hosting provider records on its own (see below).
No selling, renting, or sharing of personal data with anyone. We don't have any to sell.

WHAT IS STORED ON YOUR DEVICE

Each game saves your best score in your browser's local storage so it's still there next time you play. That data never leaves your device and we cannot see it. Examples of what's stored: a number like tollbooth_best = 4120.

We do not set cookies ourselves. To wipe everything, clear site data for megafuntime.com in your browser settings. Your high scores will reset and that's the only consequence.

WHAT OUR HOSTING PROVIDER SEES

The site is hosted on Netlify. Like every web host, Netlify's servers automatically log standard technical details when your browser requests a page: your IP address, browser type, the page requested, and the time. We use these logs only to keep the site running and to diagnose problems. Netlify's handling of that data is covered by Netlify's privacy policy.

FONTS

Pages load typefaces from Google Fonts. When that happens, your browser sends a request to Google's servers, which means Google receives your IP address as part of delivering the font file. We don't send Google anything else. Google's handling of those requests is covered by Google's privacy policy.

CHILDREN

The games are suitable for all ages, and because we don't collect personal information from anyone, we don't knowingly collect it from children under 13 either. If you believe a child has somehow provided us personal information, contact us and we'll delete it.

LINKS TO OTHER SITES

If we ever link out to another website, that site has its own privacy practices and we aren't responsible for them.

YOUR RIGHTS

Depending on where you live, you may have legal rights to access, correct, or delete personal data about you. Since we don't hold any, there's usually nothing for us to produce. If you think otherwise, email us and we'll sort it out.

IF THIS CHANGES

If we ever add analytics, ads, accounts, or anything else that changes what we collect, we will update this page first and change the date at the top. We won't quietly switch things on.
